These Terms govern your use of the Gristmill Distillers website and interactions with Gristmill Distillers, including private tastings and product purchases. By using the website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our business

Gristmill Distillers is a licensed craft distillery in Keene, New York. We produce and distribute spirits under applicable New York State Liquor Authority regulations. We do not accommodate walk-up public visits or tours. Private tastings are by prior appointment only.

2. Legal age

Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to people age 21 or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for in-person tastings and purchases. Any future shipment or delivery will require legally appropriate age verification and an adult signature.

3. Responsible consumption

Alcohol carries health and safety risks. You are responsible for consuming products responsibly, never driving or operating machinery while impaired, and complying with all applicable laws.

4. Private tastings

Private tastings may be available during select summer months and must be confirmed in advance. Identification is required. Gristmill Distillers may refuse or end service for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated conduct. Please do not visit the facility unannounced.

5. Product purchases

Products, prices, and availability may change without notice. Sales and any future shipments are subject to federal and state alcohol laws, taxes, age verification, and destination restrictions.

6. Intellectual property

Website text, images, logos, trademarks, product photography, and graphics belong to Gristmill Distillers or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gristmill Distillers is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, services, products, or third-party content.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Matters concerning alcohol production, sales, and distribution are also subject to New York State Liquor Authority regulations.

9. Changes

Gristmill Distillers may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
